Answer:By default Milestones always displays dates and expects date entry in the format of the computer. This is so that if a schedule is sent back and forth between computers of different date formats the dates always display in the format of the computer, which is assumed to be set to the country of the end user. Any screen requiring date entry will always default to the short date format of the Windows computer that Milestones is running on, such as m/d/y or d/m/y, etc. Date entry can also always be done via the date tool, where you simply click on a date in a calendar, which avoids the user having to know the default date order of the computer: It's also possible to customize the date format within Milestones:
