Show a slip to baseline with a milestone symbol

I have a schedule that is made of symbols only (no task bars)– how can I show a slip to one of the symbols?

normal
baseline
comment
status

To show a slip, set up a row of your combo toolbox with symbols such as the one below. The green triangle is a baseline symbol and the blue diamond represents the current planned date:
