Eliminate box and fill around symbol text

Determine which toolbox symbol has shading set

1. Right-click the symbol on your schedule.

2. Choose Select Symbol and Bar in Toolbox

Eliminate the shading

1. Double-click the toolbox symbol you identified (above.)

2. On the Text and Date Properties tab, these options:
