Print an extra large schedule

Question:

I have a schedule that spans several years. I want it about 21 inches wide and 8.5 high. Is it possible to print this on my laser printer? I wish I had a plotter, but is there any way to get this done?

Answer:

Yes, it's possible to print this schedule in sections. You can then easily match up the sections to produce a larger chart. Here are the steps.

Set the chart size on the Layout tab. (See below. 21.5 is a good size if you want 2 sections)

Choose File | Printing | Options.

On the General tab, choose Use Specified Size.

Next, just print the schedule. (File | Printing | Print Current Schedule, or )
